Mount Carmel West
Mount Carmel West, located in Columbus, OH, was a historic acute care and teaching hospital founded in 1886. It officially closed its doors on July 28, 2019. Most of its services, including emergency care, were relocated to the newly constructed Mount Carmel Grove City hospital and other existing Mount Carmel Health System facilities (Mount Carmel East, Mount Carmel St. Ann's). The former site of Mount Carmel West has since been redeveloped. As the hospital is no longer operational, most specific services, departments, and doctor affiliations are no longer applicable to this location.
